Genèse de la Consultation internationale Maine-Montparnasse : Donner place aux usages

Ce petit film mêlant réunions de travail, éléments de projets, de recherches et rushs de l’existant, a été réalisé dans le cadre de l’audition finale de la consultation internationale Maine-Montparnasse. « Donner place aux usages », est la proposition de l’équipe composée de l’AUC, DATA, Office KGDVS, Mosbach Paysagistes, Muller Van Severen. Ce projet repose sur la fabrication d’un sol épais, de façade à façade, du sol surélevé de la dalle, au rez-de chaussée de la ville, jusqu’au sous-sol du métro.
Lancée en mars 2018 par la Ville de Paris et le syndicat des copropriétaires de l’Ensemble immobilier Tour Maine-Montparnasse (EITMM), la consultation internationale Maine-Montparnasse, a pour ambition de repenser ce quartier de 9 hectares pour l’adapter aux usages contemporains.

Genesis of the Maine-Montparnasse International Consultation: Giving place to uses

This short film combining work meetings, elements of projects, research and rushes of the existing, was produced as part of the final hearing of the Maine-Montparnasse international consultation. « Give room for uses », is the proposal of the team made up of the AUC, DATA, Office KGDVS, Mosbach Paysagistes, Muller Van Severen. This project is based on the manufacture of a thick floor, from facade to facade, from the raised floor of the slab, on the ground floor of the city, to the basement of the metro.
Launched in March 2018 by the City of Paris and the syndicate of co-owners of the Tour Maine-Montparnasse real estate complex (EITMM), the Maine-Montparnasse international consultation aims to rethink this 9-hectare district to adapt it to the uses contemporaries.
