Tourné en 2020, ce film très court confronte la réflexion de Julien Monfort sur la genèse de ce projet, à la vie captée de l’intérieur et autour de cette opération.
Implantée au coeur du projet urbain Chapelle International – mené par l’AUC -, la tour E2 réalisée par l’agence Moa-architecture explore les fondements d’un nouvel urbanisme, très compact, poreux, dense et hybride. Par la conception d’une exo-structure en béton, les architectes conçoivent des logements très profonds, évolutifs qui intériorisent le paysage du Grand Paris grâce à leur position en quinconce et l’usage généralisé des grands ouvrants.

Shot in 2020, this very short film confronts Julien Monfort’s reflection on the genesis of this project, with life captured from within and around this operation.
Located in the heart of the Chapelle International urban project – led by AUC -, the E2 tower created by the Moa-architecture agency explores the foundations of a new urbanism, very compact, porous, dense and hybrid. By designing a concrete exo-structure, the architects design very deep, scalable housing that interiorizes the landscape of Greater Paris thanks to their staggered position and the generalized use of large openings.
