Les architectes de l’agence 51N4E avec le collectif Lab North occupent pendant plus d’un an la tour WTC1 à Bruxelles en vue de sa transformation, afin de tester son potentiel à produire de l’habiter
WTC: Living Together est la 3ème vidéo d’une trilogie réalisée dans le cadre du concours pour la transformation de la tour WTC1 à Bruxelles Nord (architectes 51N4E, l’AUC et Jasper Eyers). Entre août 2017 et janvier 2019, les architectes de l’agence 51N4E avec le collectif Lab North ont occupé la tour WTC1 afin de tester les grandes idées de leur projet, ici le pouvoir d’une enveloppe à changer la relation au dehors et au climat. Dans le but d’expérimenter avant de représenter, ils ont ainsi fabriqué – par leur vécu – de nouveaux outils de « conception ».

WTC:Together is the 3rd video of a small trilogy produced as part of the competition for the transformation of the WTC1 tower in Brussels North (architects 51N4E, AUC and Jasper Eyers). Between August 2017 and January 2019, the architects of the 51N4E agency with the Lab North collective occupied the WTC1 tower in order to test the big ideas of their project, here the power of an envelope to change the relationship with the outdoors and the climate. . In order to experiment before representing, they have thus manufactured – through their experience – new « design » tools.
