29 aout 2018, l’agence 51N4E vient de s’installer au 16ème étage de l’une des tours WTC du quartier nord de Bruxelles, dans le but d’expérimenter de nouvelles formes de travail et d’échanges avec d’autres associations, et ainsi lancer une réflexion sur la transformation de ce quartier Nord mono-fonctionnel et sous-utilisé. 51N4E ne sait pas à cette époque qu’elle sera lauréate (avec les agences Jaspers Eyers et l’AUC) du concours lancé par le Gouvernement Flamand pour la transformation des WTC…
Très courte, cette vidéo capte l’ambiance à la fois dilatée et enthousiaste des espaces de travail tout juste aménagés dans une situation, alors, totalement incertaine et instable.
